To enter the Otterverse and find the floating island, you must generate a portal. Portals can be thought of as intergalactic wormholes that transform humans into otters while sending them to the Otterverse. On the backend, portals represent the minting transaction associated with your Otto NFT. When you mint, you’re effectively buying a portal. In the game, buying the portal represents your entry into the Otterverse, where your mission begins.

What are traits and wearable items?
📄️ Attributes
Attributes represent the ability of each Otto, Cleo, and Lottie NFT. What are attributes for? Attributes are used to assist in completing missions to find Ottopia. Each mission has its own attributes requirements. To complete the mission and find Ottopia, you need to train your Otto, gear it up, and team up with others.
📄️ Rarity Scores
Inspired by Aavegotchi, we are introducing an Otto rarity score. The rarity score is calculated according to the traits and wearable items each Otto possesses. Each trait and item has its own Base Rarity Score (BRS) and Relative Rarity Score (RRS).

A portion of the revenue generated by the Otto NFT ecosystem will go to the reward pool of the leaderboard! Each Otto has its own unique traits and the Ottos with the most unique traits and equipped items will be rewarded.
